Rails - Apr 2009 - [REQ] archive of reverse_proxy_fix plugin (svn down since 2+ weeks)

Dears,

Anyone using reverse_proxy_fix (from Brian Hogan) can provide an
archive of this plugin. (update for Rails 2.3)

Main repository is down since 2+ weeks. (unfortunately nobody made any
mirror or clone on github)
