Rails - Feb 2009 - Looking for a good UI designer

We are a stealth startup specializing in developing Web 3.0 business
collaboration portals.  We''ve are launching a unique business
collaboration portal for high-income professionals worldwide this
Q1’09. This will very soon be our #1 revenue generator.

We are seeking the following User Interface Designer:

Responsibilities

Layout the general look & feel for our portal
Establish and maintain good design framework
Design new, simple interfaces
Design some graphics including logos, tags, etc
Maintain consistency & integrity for the portal
Work with our existing RoR developers to improve product features

Qualifications

Must have Web development background and some ruby on rails knowledge
Must have Flash experience
Expert experience with CSS and Javascript
Must be fluent in PhotoShop, Illustrator, Flash, or similar graphics /
user interface design team software
Creative thinker and ability to work independently
