I recently had a need to install the Rails 1.2.6 gem (for support reasons). When I did it, the dependencies were not installed automatically, so I had to find and get the correct versions of actinomailer, actionpack, etc. Anybody seen this behavior before and have any insight into that? If it''s before 1.2.1 (I think), you need to add the --include-dependencies switch to the gem install command. I know that 1.3.1 is supposed to handle dependencies automagically.
