Sorry for replying so late. Seems that you''re running into
http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=133066, the issue is
fixed in 6.5 (6.5 RC1 is available now). Alternatively you can patch
rails/lib/commands.console.rb like described in desc5 of the issue
(http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=133066#desc5).
