Been cruisin through here as a guest for a few months now and have seen some great discussions about pros/cons for merb and rails. I have been learning about ruby for about 6 months now and merb for about 3, so I thought I''d throw this out there for others who may still be learning like myself and are either in the area for Merb Camp and want to attend in person, or for those too far, attend virtually. /run on sentence For those in the Los Angeles/OC area, there is a group of us heading down in an old school bus on Friday before the event (pic of bus attached) For those interested in the event but too far to attend, I am trying to organize a live video/text chat during hack sessions and/or talks at the event. The event has a big group of ruby people and speakers, so if there are enough interested in the camp but are too far to attend, I can see what I can do to make it happen. Details on talks at the event are at their website merbcamp.com Ruby Newbie, Edward Attachments: http://www.ruby-forum.com/attachment/2722/MerbBusFront1.JPG -- Posted via http://www.ruby-forum.com/. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Ruby on Rails: Talk" group.
