hi,
friends i want to install rails 2.0.2 to a windows/linux system which
is not in the network.
first i downloaded the instant rails for windows, since it is using
rails lower version then ...
i have downloaded all
1. ruby-1.8.6-i386-mswin32.zip
2. rubygems-1.1.1.zip
3. rails-2.0.2.zip from rubyforge...
how to install these and make rails to work in my system.
guide me to install above things...
