"Settling New Caprica: Getting your pet project off the ground" by Tom Armitage. Tom is going to talk about the trials of getting his recently launched rails-based forum site from that first idea all the way to launch and beyond as well as covering the the tools he used in building it. 2. "Monkeyweaving: Live native monkey patching" by Tim Becker Tim will be showing off a new meta-programming tool he''s releasing.
