We have very good experience with calendar_dateselect
(http://agilewebdevelopment.com/plugins/calendardateselect
). This script doesn''t pollute the view with extra divs and hackery,
nor does it use rails engines just for the sake of it.
Unobtrustive Javascript Data Picker might also be a good choice
(http://agilewebdevelopment.com/plugins/unobtrusive_javascript_date_picker
). Same applies to the above, with the addition it''s unobtrusive. You
might have to rebind the events if you want to use the calendar with
ajax calls.
