Given the fact that Rails is moving to git, as are a lot of other open
source projects (and with good reason, git is so much better suited
for version management than svn, especially for open source projects),

Add a good blog post to your own website and spread the word a bit
(TechCrunch, Ajaxian, PlanetRubyOnRails, digg, …) and you''ll get the
exposure you need.
