Rails - Mar 2008 - Selecting data fromSelect_date showing in the same page

I want to use two comboboxes :
1...using select_date - having day month and year in it.
2...options filled with database data

when I click on submit, those selected data from those two comboboxes
should be shown in the same page.  Please help...
