Hello, I need a localization tool/plugin for my rails application that work with REST, can translate whole web pages(or i can create 2 different pages for 2 languages), and fast. It supports translation of strings, using the standardized .po(t?) format, or of full page templates. Our site is too dynamic / low traffic to bother with caching, but I think adding the locale as part of your URL is a common approach, which should work with any localization system.
