Rails - Aug 2007 - RFacebook prepends :action and :id with canvas_url in url_for and link_to

I''m using the RFacebook for rails plugin and I have stumbled across an
annoying problem when generating paths and links with url_for and
link_to. It appears that when I, for example, call url_for :controller
=> "pages", :action => "new", the return will be
/canvas_url/pages/
canvas_url/new. It happens similarly when :id is set, returning /
canvas_url/pages/canvas_url/view/canvas_url/1. Does anybody know
what''s wrong? Has anybody else experienced this problem? I tried
looking in the source of the RFacebook gem and came up with nothing.
