application any suggestion.

Hi Michael I am doing a tutorial from Rails made Easy book and I followed everything according to the book. And everytime I reach at this point nothing happen. The rest of the CSS code works but when I add the last 2 nothing happens. I did verify the ul element and is there. Do I just clear the history of the browser if I want to clear my browser cache ?
