Rails - Jul 2007 - Backgroundrb run programm

Please, help!
I can''t run my C++ programm from Ruby scheduler
"Backgroundrb".
But other programms work fine (for example "echo hello").

Here my code snippet:


class TasksWorker < BackgrounDRb::Worker::RailsBase
     def do_work(args)
     logger.info(''ExampleWorker do tmyprogramm'')
     %x[myprogramm] #  < ------- didn''t run

    end

end
TasksWorker.register
