I noticed the same thing here, on my SuSE build. It looks like the "cleanup" option has been removed, either by choice or accident in the latest gem release. Well I noticed the same thing on my machine (SuSE) but not only with ''cleanup'', also with rubygems-0.9.3 # gem update rails --include-dependencies Updating installed gems... ERROR: While executing gem ... (NoMethodError) undefined method `refresh'' for #<Hash:0xb795fba0> Any suggestions what goes wrong here ?
