Rails - Dec 2006 - Need help with web service

I am having problem with my web service.I have a ActiveRecord called
keyinformation.In my ActionWebService PmApi, I have api_method Pmak
which expects the active record keyinformation.However I get this error

ActionWebService::ActionWebServiceError
ActiveRecord model classes not allowed in :expects

can someone please help.Any help is appreciated.
