Rails - Nov 2006 - Request for names and web addresses of other rails orgs

Hi. My name is Bruce Balmer. I started a Calgary User Group called
Calgaryonrails.com (we''ll be putting the website up this week).

Meantime - I wish to build a list of all the rails user groups out
there as a helpful resource to rails programmers (since they often have
great code snippets, discussions etc. etc.
