Rails - Nov 2006 - Mongrel-rails wont start

Hi all,

  I use mongrel in many machines but in one server it is not going ok.
It is a Red Hat.
  I try the following command:

sudo mongrel_rails start -p 4040 -d

  It does not raise any error message but it does not start either. Is
there any way for me to know what is going on?

get rid of the -d and it''ll spit out it''s error message before
dieing
