I need some features from edge, and have never installed it before. I''m using RoR on a hosted system, they do not have svn. It seems like I should take the files from http://dev.rubyonrails.org/svn/rails/trunk/ and put them into vendor/rails, and then follow the remaining installation tips. Since we don''t have subversion installed, is there an ftp site where I can get the files from? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Ruby on Rails: Talk" group. Taking from branches/1.2-pre-release would be good too I think. It''ll give you a clearer picture of the next release.
