Rails - Oct 2006 - Calling for Ruby developer in the UK

I have been looking for developers for my web project, it will be a new
type of service in the food industry based on a user added database
similar to www.discogs.com

This will be a community site project that will able to provide work
for you for at least 6 months.
I have been speaking to developers who use Php and Mysql. but I would
like to hear what a Ruby guy can come up with in terms of time frame
and costs.

I will disclose further information once NDA is signed.
