Rails - Oct 2006 - about the login page

I''ve used the login_generation for creating a login page. it worked
with
3 fields in db. id login and pass but I couldnt add the other fields in 
the db. When I add program starts to giving errors about the methods.

I''m gonna make a community website and user profiles are critical for
me
is there any ideas?

I''m thinking about makins smt like mydomainname.com/userprofile

as profile pages

Please help me about that
