Hello, I am having trouble trying to use the Datebooks Engine with Edge Rails. Has anybody try with it? It seems that the problem has something with loading the layout, and complaints about the number of arguments. I will thank any help or guide. Thank you very much. ========================I have copied the error I get ArgumentError wrong number of arguments (2 for 1) RAILS_ROOT: ./script/../config/.. Yes, I tried and posted about it last week. There are conflicts or incompatibilities between Engines and Edge. I even tried engines_test which is the bleeding edge of engines and same issue. AFAIK there still is no fix. The Engines system is incompatible with the new dependency/autoloading changes in edge. It patches a method that is replaced by the dependency management code, breaking things in a big way. Revision 4727 is the last revision of edge before the dependency management changes got added, so if you want to do restful routes and engines you might be able to get away with that. -- Josh Susser http://blog.hasmanythrough.com Stuart Fellowes wrote:> Yes, I tried and posted about it last week.
