After writing up a little adapter to access my sybase server, using
odbc/dbi/freetds/unixodbc (yes all of these), it''s now time to have a
*real* adapter, not running through to-many-to-count layers.
I plan to use the FreeTDS library rather than Sybase because of the
availability of FreeTDS for windows os.
Is there already a work in progress for this kind of stuff ? Are there
some people interesting in such an adapter ?

PS : I know there''s a ct-lib adapter. It will help me but I
can''t
compile it neither on Solaris with sybase libraries, neither on windows.
