Rails - May 2006 - OT- GPL, Linux, TiVo

Tivo *has* released their changes to the Linux PPC kernel, as they are 
required to do by the GPL because they *have* distributed those 
changes... in every. single. machine.

They have not released the source to their own application that runs on 
Linux, nor are they required to.
