You can enter port ranges in the OS X firewall configuration.
Just go to Sharing -> Firewall in System Preferences,
and hit "New...", and select "Other..." from the popup.
Then enter 81-89,8000-8999 in the "TCP" field,
and choose a name you like, and hit OK, that should do it.
