Rails - Jan 2006 - const_missing: uninitialized constant Test when running unit tests

I have a set of tests that run without issue on one machine.  On another 
machine when running the same tests we get:

`const_missing'': uninitialized constant Test (NameError)
        from ./test/unit/../test_helper.rb:5

It is almost if the Test object itself just doesn''t exist.  The machine
that it does not work on used to be rails 0.14 and has been upgraded to 
1.0.  The machine it works on has been 1.0 for some time.  We have tried 
un-installing rails and re-installing it to no avail.  Any ideas?  Both 
machines are PowerBook G4 OS X 10.4.
