Rails - Nov 2005 - IRB history problems

Hail people,

I''ve tryed to use up-arrow key to run the last command, but it returns
only "&" symbol.
I''m using Ruby from Win32 Installer, version ruby 1.8.2 (2004-12-25).

How I solve it?
