As a proof-of-concept, I''ve whipped the most recent branch of i2, warts and all, into an Engine, just to as an example of another use for RailsEngines Please note that is is a *Proof Of Concept*, and shouldn''t be assumed to be a fully-working Engine for use in a production system, i.e. by playing with it you shouldn''t expect too much support, and certainly none from Alexey Verkhovsky or any of the Rails Core team. That said, if there are flaws in the RailsEngines plugin itself that are causing the WikiEngine to fail, I''ll most certainly want to hear about it. a drop-in wiki is a *cracking* idea for an Engine, and if someone wants to negotiate with any Rails-based wiki developers to see what they can do, knock yourselves out ;-) The README, with installation instructions, whipped up in a rush by RDoc: http://rails-engines.rubyforge.org/rdoc/wiki_engine/ To get the WikiEngine itself: svn co https://opensvn.csie.org/rails_engines/plugins/wiki_engine I think I might get some sleep now.
