SQLiki is a generator that adds a SQL/RedCloth based wiki to a Rails application. It is not nearly as feature-rich as Instiki, but it''s a lot easier to integrate. Main features: (Done) * All data stored in the database * Pages -- the names & creation details * Drafts -- versions of the text for pages * Links -- a join table tracking which drafts contain links to which pages * Its a generator * Uses login rather than honour system for authors (Partially done) * Hooks for inplace editing with AJAX (works for me, not tested in generator yet) * Draft trees--drafts are based on other drafts, not necessarily the latest. (Planned) * "Suggested" edits (users can edit but their changes don''t go live until approved by someone trusted) * Change set merging (with diff/patch) The very first alpha version (which sort of mostly works, in a very rudimentary way): NOTE: THIS ALPHA VERSION IS FOR EVALUATION ONLY! ACTUAL USE SHOULD WAIT FOR VERSION 0.1.0 OR GREATER (unless you plan on forking, which as always it fine) http://www.reality.com/roberts/markus/software/ruby/rails/sqliki/sqliki_generator-0.0.1.gemsqliki_generator-0.0.1.gem

Huh. I have no idea what might cause that. It works for me. Try downloading it & installing it locally? It is quite possible I messed something up (this is my first gem) so please let me know if you continue to have problems. It''s also up on rubyforge now, so you should be able to do a standard remote-gem install (no url needed). --MarkusQ P.S. I''m in the process of testing alpha 0.0.2 w. two bug fixes and a handful of enhancements; should have it up by the end of the day.
