I haven''t any experience with Upload Progress on Windows/FCGI but I
would imagine that it may be a bit difficult because a requirement of
the Upload Progress is that the C FastCGI bindings are used, which
means compiling the Ruby FCGI module and linking to the fastcgi
library. This may be easier with cygwin or another unix layer on
Windows, but I can imagine it won''t be easy.
