Imagine you are starting to develop on an already existing project: do you need to have all the class structure in your head before starting coding? So I would only have a request for Ruby: Let me declare the variable types when I want. Or better yet, let me edit code while debugging (interactive mode) to get that helpful auto-complete, you beautiful language. And ship with a user-friendly editor too. Or use the great Eclipse.
