Rails - Jul 2005 - OT: Rails podcasting startup needs a designer

because we''ve had awful luck with all the local designers who want to
design like its 1999, and we figure the designers on this list are going
to have the closest aesthetic to what we''re going for. sorry if

It''s a podcasting web 2.0 app, but focused on a very different market 
from odeo.
We''re bootstrapping this so there''s no money involved at this
point, though
we may be able to give you a few bucks from our paper routes, before we
make our first million. It''s been in development for 3+ months, so we
mostly just need a facelift, not another developer, though if you''re a
ruby
programmer that is excited as hell to work for nothing, be our guest!

Read your message on the Rails ML... Are you still looking for a
designer to work on the project?

I''m a hybrid developer/designer, who is starting a venture into
Rails... I''m actually learning Ruby at the moment, so I can better
understand Rails when I dive into my Agile Rails book.

Anyways, I wanted to inquire on the message to see if you were still
looking for someone.  I''ve got apx. 1.5yrs in CSS/XHTML-based design. 
I''ve worked on several websites including:

... to name a few.

If you require any further information, please let me know.  Also, if
you could provide some further details on the project (ie: timelines,
