Hello, I have a model class with many associations. I ran into a case where I would need to clone an object of the model class to make it as well as its associations look like new records. Looking at ActiveRecord::Base.clone(), I would assume that this method would clone *all* the objects related and including the object I am sending the clone message towards. However, clone() only clones the object that is receiving the ''clone'' message. The feature to save all related objects would be quite useful (well, at least, given my circumstance :-) as I don''t have to write a bunch of loops to clone each object for each association. Would there be case scenarios where this feature would not be good? Brian
