Hi all, This has been up for a while, but I haven''t really mentioned it anywhere: Tada My Site! lets you take an RSS feed from Ta-da Lists and convert it into a JavaScript badge for inclusion on your webpage. Handy if you aren''t running something you can easily hack support for Ta-da Lists into. It''s not exactly rocket science, but I thought some people here might find it useful (directly or indirectly). tada.thinkstitute.com Best, Dave
I tried it out but the the javascript encountered errors when I tried to use it. You''ll need to escape any double-quotes in the list content, that''s what triggered the error for me. I have html links in myst list and it hit <a href=" and died there because javascript thought the string had ended. -- Chris Griego On 7/17/05, David Thomson <ceedwlt-Re5JQEeQqe8AvxtiuMwx3w@public.gmane.org> wrote:> Hi all, > > This has been up for a while, but I haven''t really mentioned it > anywhere: Tada My Site! lets you take an RSS feed from Ta-da Lists and > convert it into a JavaScript badge for inclusion on your webpage. > Handy if you aren''t running something you can easily hack support for > Ta-da Lists into. > > It''s not exactly rocket science, but I thought some people here might > find it useful (directly or indirectly). > > tada.thinkstitute.com > > Best, > Dave
Just so that people know, this bug has now been fixed. Any embedded HTML in your list items will now show up correctly.
