Rails - Jul 2005 - Where is the documentation for "ruby script/generate xyx"

I am trying to follow the RoR book and I see the wide usage of ''ruby
script/generate ....''. Where is the documentation regarding all the
powers of script and what they do?

Generally, you can see some documentation simply by running the 
script/generate command without any parameters. The same goes for the 
generators. For example, ''script/generate model'' will give
some
instructions for generating a model.

I don''t believe that there''s any documentation available for
the
Generator classes (as far as I can find), apart from some tidbits in  
the Wiki.

Could possibly run RDoc on the source files though.  Would be really  
nice to have some proper documentation available for writing custom  
scripts though, with info on stuff like the ''manifest''.
