Rails - Jul 2005 - Webrick

Is Webrick still under active development?  The reason I ask is that
the repository links on the website for Webrick don''t work anymore. (
http://www.webrick.org/ )  I am just curious because I''m planning to
do some large file uploads with RoR via Webrick.
