Rails - Jul 2005 - Salted Login Email Notifications not working with Rails 0.13

Trying to get salted login back on track but I''m running into a
problem sending the emails.

The salted_login wiki page has a good start on transitioning salted
login to rails 0.13, but it looks like #render_message is not
appending the default local onto the template name.

Here''s the error message from the signup process:

ActionView::ActionViewError

No rhtml, rxml, or delegate template found for signup

Anyone else run into this?
