Rails - Jun 2005 - Rails Not Installing

I was trying to install Rails on another one of my machines today and
i noticed that "gem install rails" will now install
"rails-analyzer-tools" now instead of ruby on rails. I tried it on 2
other machines and had the same exact problem. the only solution I
found was to do : "gem install rails --version ''0.12.1''

Is anyone else having this problem?

This is a known issue. I think Eric Hodel (the author of 
rails-analyzer-tools,) has renamed the gem and requested that the gem 
admins remove the one which is causing the issues... As far as I know, 
the only solution for the time being is to use the -v 0.12.1 option.
