Rails - May 2005 - [PATCH] SQLServer nil datetimes ... test if you can!

I hate advertising that I''m using sqlserver! It''s at work, I
promise!

So I''ve (hopefully) fixed the nil datetime problem (and subsequent
create_at problems) by simply removing the overwritten type_cast
function, but this needs testing, so if you are using sqlserver and
have the inclination, the gods want you to test this patch!
