Rails - Apr 2005 - Suggestion: terse timestamp format in the logs

Lines like the following are too long:

  Processing TodoController#list (for 127.0.0.1 at Fri Apr 01 20:18:36 AUS
Eastern Standard Time 2005)

Could Rails use a terser timestamp format?
