OK. Any more ideas on the packets out of order? I''m down completely. All the suggestions I''ve tried from googling haven''t worked. I need a ruby encryption library to encrypt/decrypt cookies used for authentication. The same cookie has to simultaneously support PHP and Ruby. I''m currently using 3DES via the mcrypt libraries on the PHP side, and wondered if anybody on the list has a recommendation of a solid, stable encryption library for Ruby. Thanks! Dave
