Rails - Feb 2005 - Patch: make WEBrick server register with DNS service discovery

This patch makes the WEBrick server use the dnssd module (if
available) to register itself on the .local domain for DNS service
discovery (AKA ZeroConf, Rendezvous).  If you''re using Safari you can
enable a ''Rendezvous'' menu in the bookmarks bar which will
automatically show any web servers which have advertised themselves on
the local network.
