Rails - Feb 2005 - Deployment Snag

Has anyone deployed on Fedora Core 1?

I am trying to deploy on a customers server and have been hitting this 
error.

malformed header from script. Bad header=mail: dispatch.cgi

Any suggestions?

Also does Rail work with MySQL 3.x?

I have a new app running on RH 7.3, MySQL 3.23.58. So far no problems 
with MySQL.
