Hi folks, I think it would be helpful to get an idea of how many people have roadtested the mysql411 driver at this point. Are there outstanding problems? I know some people have patched it up already for cases that I missed/didn''t get right. If it''s reasonably well tested by now it might be a good idea to fix it up/pack it up for the maintainer of the mysql lib. What do you think? M -- Matt Mower :: http://matt.blogs.it/

It seems that this might be a MySQL issue that occurs when you have both 4.0.x and 4.1.x clients accessing the same database (it possibly also involves the query cache). I''ve heard of quite a few others having the same problem. Seems worth investigating. -- David Heinemeier Hansson, http://www.basecamphq.com/ -- Web-based Project Management http://www.rubyonrails.org/ -- Web-application framework for Ruby http://www.loudthinking.com/ -- Broadcasting Brain
