[R] What does the bandwidth at the bottom of periodogram mean

Hi experts

if I run the code:

k<-c(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10)
x.spec<-spectrum(k,log=c("no"))

at the bottom of dagram I have a bandwidth, what does it mean?
