Hi, I used to write C++ code. write what i want in a function ..pass pointers if i want to change the object real value... here i want to ask........ in R, igraph....should i write the script as lines without functions..to change graph attributes or edges attributes or some values of the nodes ? should i pass copy of the graph each time i write a function ? how should the program looks like?
