After moving the R installation tree, I modified the "R" script with a new RHOME value, and it worked. There seems a hard coded RHOME in Rscript, which is a binary file. Is there a way to regenerate the Rscript file for the new location, without re-installing the whole thing? Jun [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
