R help - Jan 2014 - R build a package

Hi All,

While building a package by 'R CMD INSTALL --build my-own-pack-name', I
always got an error like

Error in normalizePath<path.expand<path>, winslash, mustWork>:

path[1] = "./DESCRIPTION": Access is denied.

I checked the permission of my DESCRIPTION file and it looks right. Does anybody
know how to solve this problem? Thanks.
