Hello. I am trying to calculate different metrics for a graph snapshots using R and I have a problem. I would like to find graph effective diameter (90-percentile effective diameter) but I have no idea how to do it. I tried to google it, but without no success. I know that igraph library has get.all.shortestpath's function, I think it is possible to use the matrix to find the effective diameter but im not sure how. Thank you for your time!
