[R] setStatusBar function gives error message in R 3.01 under Windows 7
I am running R 3.01 under 64-bit Windows 7. When I try to set the status bar, I get an error message. For example:>text<-"hello" > setStatusBar(text) > Error in .Call(setStatusBar, text) : > first argument must be a string (of length 1) or native symbolreference The related function, setWindowTitle(), appears to work just fine. Is this a bug? Or am I doing something wrong? It does seem to work OK in R 2.13.0. Thanks, Gwen Babcock New York State Department of Health Albany, NY 12237 USA [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

I think this has already been fixed. Duncan Murdoch
